Welcome!

Still waters run deep—and so do sensitive people.

In a world that mistakes quiet for weak and depth for difficulty, Still Waters Podcast creates space for sensitive and creative men to explore what it means to thrive as contemplative forces in a loud and chaotic world.

Hosted by William Allen (founder of the Highly Sensitive Men Group and author) and Marcas P. O’Dea (author, publisher, and HSP coach), each episode dives beneath surface-level advice to explore the real terrain of the sensitive masculine experience: creativity, leadership, relationships, careers, boundaries, and building lives that honor rather than apologize for who you are.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not self-help. It’s two highly-sensitive men having conversations that matter—with themselves, with special guests, and with a community that understands that sensitivity isn’t something to manage. It’s something to master.

While our focus is highly sensitive and creative men, all highly sensitive people are welcome here. The water’s deep enough for everyone.
